JTC is owned by Latonia Cosley, an accomplished, results-oriented certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a demonstrated record of delivering enterprise technology solutions for various military, federal, state and local government agencies since 1998. She understands stakeholder management, utilizing her experience in leadership and exceptional capability to provide excellent communication and customer management. She has led diverse teams virtually and face to face, both internationally and domestically using both waterfall and Agile methodologies. She holds a Public Trust clearance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, a Master’s Degree in Management and has taught project management at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
